Downloading the Video Lessons

The Video Lessons and MP3 libraries are quite large in size and can take a while to download.
If you use your browser to download them, any interruption can cancel the download.
In order to avoid this, please use any Download Manager application.
They are several download managers for Windows and Mac which are FREE and quite useful.

For Windows try the Free Download Manager (freeware)

Viewing the Video Lessons

The Video lessons are in QuickTime format.
To view the Video Lessons you will need either
Quicktime or iTunes in your PC in order to play the videos.
Quicktime is a FREE download form Apple: Download Page.
iTunes is also a FREE download from Apple: Download Page.
You will need Acrobat reader to view the PDF files.
Most probably you already have it.
