“Random Notes” are a series of random note reading exercises in all 12 keys. Exercises 1 through 6 are diatonic, and 7 through 12 are chromatic. The random nature of the melodies avoids any recognizable patterns which forces the student to focus on “note by note” reading and allows this material to be used over and over again.
